The Commission for Children and Young People
(CCYP) needed to create a consistent look for their internal and external publications and stationery. Jalapeno Creative was commissioned to develop a style guide that could be flexible across print, digital and internal templates - everything from our letterhead right through to our annual report.
Approach
It was important that we acknowledge that such sensitive content can make it difficult to add real life imagery to publications.
We addressed this concern by creating a set of visual assets, such as patterns and shapes, that can be used to break up dense written materials. The assets allow CCYP to add interesting visual elements to documents


Brand Consistency

The style guide has had a life beyond print and digital materials. The organisation has well and truly embraced the branding and they have used the visual assets we prepared in a range of merchandise as well as in a recent refurbishment of their offices.
