Keepin’ it out of court.

The Victorian Commercial Arbitration Scheme (VCAS) was launched by the Victorian Bar to resolve commercial and civil disputes out of court. They needed a reliable partner to create their brand identity and deliver an awesome looking, easy to navigate website to help the public understand their services. Naturally they came to us for help!

Professional yet approachable

Having worked with legal clients previously, we were excited to get cracking on the project. The brand direction was split between being a content authority (professional) and dealing with a wide portion of the public (approachable).

Smooth sailing

The brand effortlessly translated over to UI for VCAS. The graphic elements we used in our print media to bring the brand together and pull out important information became buttons, banners and CTAs on the website.

Forget the hard sell. Start by saying ‘hello’.

We know that good business acknowledges the human side before the transaction. We’ll take the time to get to know you and your business so that your audience find the value in the message they are seeing, hearing or holding to boost engagment. The language we use, the images we see, the way information is accessed should be tailored to your audience. It should sing them a favourite song that is comforting, familiar and relatable.

Say Hello

Don’t stop here. There’s more to see!
