Creating Real Change in Health, Safety, and Wellness
Our journey into culture, communication, and employee wellness started back in 2015. At first, it was about crafting engaging presentations that cut through the noise, helping HSE teams communicate the gaps within their own teams to senior leadership. But it quickly grew into something bigger.
Then came Jemena and the “How Would You Do It?” campaign. Collaborating closely with their HSE team, field employees, and a human factors psychologist, we saw firsthand just how transformative design and brand strategy can be in shaping workplace culture. Through targeted focus groups and honest engagement, we co-created a safety culture program that wasn’t just about policy—it was defined and driven by the employees themselves. The results? A shift that bridged the gap between field teams and leadership, making us think, “We’re making change. This could save a life.”
