The Solution
Hello Mellow tackled the challenge head-on, beginning with a comprehensive rebranding process that leveraged Figma to craft an intuitive and visually striking user interface. Every design element—from colour schemes to typography—was meticulously chosen to align with APSO’s new brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual narrative that reflects their commitment to convenience and simplicity for their clients.
The website was designed with an intelligent categorisation system. Users are funnelled based on their customer type (serviced offices, virtual offices, or meeting room hire) or their location, with all critical information accessible in less than two clicks from the homepage banner. This user journey is tailored to where they live and what services they’re interested in, with an additional flyout on locations for easy navigation.
The website’s backend was another area where we brought innovation. Recognising that CMS sites can often become cluttered and lose brand consistency once handed over to clients, we developed a solution that gives APSO the flexibility they need while maintaining brand integrity. The client was granted access to pre-coded, styled builders that are dedicated to the specific functional requirements of APSO’s marketing and user information needs. Each builder offers multiple design options—covering colour, size, functionality, and brand fonts—allowing APSO to “build” functional pages that adhere strictly to the brand guidelines.
